For the highest quality, our macarons are made without preservatives. Our macarons may be stored in the refrigerator for up to 7-10 days. They may be stored in the freezer for up to 3 months. To enjoy after frozen, please place into refrigerator for 12-24 hours (to avoid condensation), then bring to room temperature.
